A jelly like pudding that’s both delicious and high in Omega 3s

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Other alternative liquid sweeteners can also be used


  • To a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup
  • Leave to thicken for 20 minutes
